Abandoned for decades, the MIA crew, the work of ICARUS.1 was to store minerals extracted from distant planetary systems and perform research tasks. Orbiting the local Sun to maintain its solar energy and live up to its namesake, provided a lucrative deal for JME corp.

After the contact was lost no attempt to rescue was ever made with the wound season, instead the project was disabled along with its precious cargo - a cover up some may say.

Many stories about what happened have become lore, but Sam is not focusing on these "stories," the goal is the load and the wealth that will bring.
